Chandigarh, October 25:
Ritzy dresses and fancy suits danced across the red carpet, lavishly adorned night honoring the accomplishments of World Wide Immigration Consultancy Services in Immigration Industry on its 16th Anniversary.
Grand celebrations marked the 16th anniversary celebrations of, WWICS, the World Leader in Global Resettlement Solutions, here today. As the Mohali Headquarters of WWICS saw the ultimate celebration extravaganza to commemorate the anniversary of one of the world’s leading trendsetting firms of the world, it was a gala time for all the WWICS employees who had rapturous moments amidst the presence of a galaxy of who’s who of Punjab and Chandigarh, all lining to congratulate WWICS family on this great occasion.
WWICS Board of Directors paid a special role by joining the celebrations. Directors on WWICS Board are Lt. Gen. Chibber-Ex-Governor Punjab, Mr. Joginder Singh-Former CBI Director, Mr. AS Chatha-Former Chief Secretary, Punjab, Mr. KN Pathak- Ex- Vice Chancellor, Punjab University and many more.
The mega event started with an annual prize distribution ceremony which saw achievers and prized employees being honoured for their valuable services. With dances, music and masti galore, it was sheer ecstasy which greeted hundreds of guests who were a witness to the history even as a jubilant Lt Col B S Sandhu (Retd) was showered with congratulatory messages.
On the occasion 70 Landing Papers / Visa were given by the Hon’ble Chief Guest. These families would be leaving in next 10-15 days. Following this was Release of a souvenir on “WWCS’s 16 years of Successful Journey of WWICS” by the Chief Guest Pawan Kumar Bansal, Hon'ble union Minister for Parliamentary Affairs, who unveiled the Souvenir with Lt Col Sandhu.

CIIS Students enrolled under various programs delivered cultural performances. They danced to the tunes Fusion (Western & Gidda). Other items that enthralled the audience of Jiya Jale, Woh Ladki hai kahan, Singh is king, Chandni Chowk to China, Gazab bhaiyo rama, Crazy four, Mahiya Mahiya, Babuji Dheere Chalna and spectacular fire show christened Ya ali.

Lt Col (Retd.) BS Sandhu, CMD, WWICS reminiscing the 16 years long journey of WWICS said, “Our journey has been a good time to remember our past, to reaffirm our commitment to our industry and look towards the future. We have toiled together to bring laurels, credibility and reputation to immigration industry.”

Lt. Col Sandhu remarked that company has ambitious plans to get into business of immigration in many countries of Europe and Latin America. It has got strong base of more than 70,000 well settled immigrants from India and around the world.
Fireworks & fire show stunts had the audiences in splits ahead of the electrifying Punjabi Bhangra put up by WWICS employees which charged up the ambience. The Cake cutting ceremony with confetti blasts, baloons & grand fireworks were one of the special attractions of the event. The cultural evening ended on a soothing note with cocktails and sumptuous dinner completing the perfect finish to a gala event.
