Eli Lily – Rayat-Bahra hold joint campus placement drive


50 students short listed during Eli Lily – Rayat-Bahra placement drive

Ropar, November 8
One hundred and ten students from Rayat-Bahra group of colleges were short listed for final selection during a joint campus drive held by US based pharma company Eli Lily and Rayat-Bahra Group at Rayat Technology Campus, Railmajra.
S. Gurvinder Singh Bahra, Vice Chairman Rayat-Bahra Group said out of 450 participants at the joint placement drive, 50 students were selected for final interview.
He added that the pharma company interviewed students for post of trainee territory manager with a probation period of six months.
During selection procedure a corporate presentation was delivered followed by group discussion with interested students. Short listed students appeared for group discussion and prelims.
Students of B. Pharmacy and MBA (marketing with bio/ science in graduation) passing out in 2010, with minimum 55 percent marks, participated in the drive.
Those joining the pharma sector would be offered Rs 3.63 lacs per annum including Rs.2. 31 lacs with daily allowances of Rs. 56,000 and incentives Rs.76, 000 per annum. The selected candidates would also get Hospitalization cover for self and dependent family members (upto Rs. 6.4 lacs per family), group personal accident Insurance coverage upto Rs 17 lacs, rewards and recognitions, good professional and personal growth opportunities along with mobile phone expenses reimbursement and other organizational benefits.
