Appeal by hospital
Chandigarh, April 17. In an effort to help children of poor people, the Mohali-based Grecian Super specialty hospital, has decided to give a handsome concession on its own to children who are suffering from heart diseases.
As part of the efforts, the hospital today announced that it will wave-off Rs 50,000 on the life-saving heart surgeries needed by each of these children, said Shachi Joshi Samra, the Medical Director of the hospital. To bridge the remaining cost that is about Rs 1 lakh in each case the hospital has appealed to philanthropists to donate the money so that these surgeries can be carried out immediately. The following children have been admitted in our hospital their parents just cannot afford the costs. The children are Vansh aged 2.5 yrs he is suffering from double community VSD. Vinod 2 yrs suffering from TOF with ASD. Tanvir Singh aged 9 yrs suffering from congenital MS with Large ASD. Natasha 3 yrs suffering from VSD with Pulmonary Hypertension. Inder Mukhia 6 Yrs and Jaspreet Singh 15 Yrs both suffering from T.O.F.
