Tech pass outs from the institute.
Sardar Gurvinder Singh Bahra, Vice Chairman, Rayat-Bahra group informed that the selection comes particularly as a major push to the placement activity in the region in wake of ongoing downturn in economy and a negative sentiment of job cuts and lay offs across the world. IBM, an international IT major venturing in India since 1970s has selected our students after a careful scrutiny of hundreds of candidates through a series of tests including aptitude tests, Technical tests and HR interviews prior to issuance of Letters of Intent. Beginning with a pay package ranging from Rs 2 Lakhs per annum to Rs 3.5 Lakhs per annum, the placements with IBM are a major breakthrough for the talented lot of B. Tech pass outs from RIEIT and RBIEBT, said Bahra.
The fact that IBM has chosen Rayat -Bahra group for its enormous placement activity in the existing set of circumstances speaks volumes of the Rayat - Bahra group’s credibility which has been cemented year after year by series of successful campus placement drives, added Bahra.
