Premium Acres Infratech Pvt Ltd has come up with five ranges of premium villas at The Courtyard in TDI city, sector 110 Mohali.

At The Courtyard luxury and convenience come at just Rs 41.80 lakh, the first ever to be in region at such nominal and affordable cost. Jain said that The Courtyard is equipped with amenities like beautifully landscaped greens, secured community living, ample parking space, children’s play area.
Services such as 24 hour power back up, fire fighting service, maintenance service, pick and drop to sec 70 Mohali, taxi on call, ambulance facility. Premium Acres today unveiled five ranges of villas titled as The Court Yard Platinum villa, Gold villa, Silver villa, Bronze villa and Copper villa. All villas cover 192 sq yards of area.
Special care will be taken to make building structure earthquake resistant. Flooring in drawing room and lounge would be of marble in luxury villa and of vitrified tiles in deluxe villas. Bedrooms in luxury villa will have laminated wood flooring where as in Deluxe villas it would be of vitrified tiles. Kitchen in Luxury villa will have marble flooring where as in Deluxe villas it would be of anti-skid vitrified tiles. In luxury villas kitchen would have granite counters, ceramic tiles on walls and oil bound distempered walls and dual steel sink, while in deluxe villas kitchen would have marble counters with ceramic tiles and oil bound distemper on walls and steel sink.
All doors will be of flush doors in hard wood frames. Windows will have wooden frames glazed panels. All internal walls will have plastic emulsion with POP and external walls will have water proof paint.
Jain said that Copper Villas are prized at Rs 41.80 lakhs. It has three bedrooms, drawing-dinning, kitchen and two toilet bathrooms on ground floor and single bedroom cum study with terrace and balconies on first floor.
Bronze villas has ground floor decked with three bedrooms, drawing – dinning, kitchen and two toilet bathrooms, kitchen, staircase, covered sit-out (rear), rear lawn, rear utility area (uncovered) bar–be–que structure, front lawn and parking. First floor has three bedrooms with attached toilet and dressing area, second kitchen, large lounge/ TV room, terrace, balconies.
Platinum villas have ground floor decked with drawing-dinning, one bedroom with toilet, dressing area and powder room, kitchen, foyer, staircase, covered sit-out (rear), rear lawn, rear utility area (uncovered) bar–be–que structure, front lawn and parking. First floor has three bedrooms with attached toilet bathrooms, second kitchen, large lounge/ TV room, terrace, balconies.
The Courtyard has another set of avenues (flats) that cover 192 sq yards and have ground floor, first floor and second floor. All these have drawing-dinning, three bedrooms, two toilet bathrooms, kitchen, foyer, staircase, covered sit-out (rear), rear lawn (only for ground floor), rear utility area (uncovered), lawn ( only for ground floor), parking for one car park for each floor, terrace only for second floor.
