People of the tri-city now have an opportunity to explore lifestyle and abundant business opportunities in New Zealand at a two-day New Zealand Invest 2010 fest being held at PHD Chamber of Commerce on January 30-31.
Addressing media persons here today, Sanjeev Toora, Director, NZ Financial Solutions Ltd and Property Investment consultant, Ms Tanya Kwasza of Catalyst2 said that New Zealand cricket legend, Sir Richard Hadlee will promote New Zealand as a lifestyle destination during this fest.
Sanjeev observed, “This is the best time for investors to foray into NZ as well as enjoy the high standards of living the country has to offer. The ongoing bilateral free trade agreement negotiations between India and New Zealand will increase trade volume between the two countries forging friendly ties.”
The event is spread across three cities spanning two days each in Delhi on January 23-24 and Chandigarh January 30-31 and for a day at the Hotel Park Plaza, Ludhiana on January 28.
At New Zealand Invest 2010, investors and entrepreneurs will receive a golden opportunity to learn about business prospects in New Zealand.
“There are already 1,20,000 immigrants of Indian origin, including professionals, businessmen and entrepreneurs happily settled in New Zealand. New Zealand Invest 2010 will bring the country’s opportunities for a deco right to for people here in Delhi, Chandigarh and Ludhiana. Toora said that the investment in NZ comes with the added advantages of no capital gains tax, no land tax, no stamp duty, no inheritance tax, favorable lending conditions and above all no restriction of bring in and taking out foreign money from New Zealand.
Talking about the experts delivering lectures during the two days fest, Tanya said that Bradley So, solicitor and immigration specialist from an award winning law firm Queen City Law will discuss how to acquire residency in New Zealand by investing and establishing a business in New Zealand.
Phil Horrobin of Ray White City Apartments, Auckland will dwell on apartment living in Auckland. Ray White are market leaders for the Auckland City apartment market, known as the fourth best city in world to live in as per worldwide Quality of Living survey by consultancy firm Mercer 2009.
