Little creations at work in Small Wonders

Tiny tots display talent at exhibition in Small Wonders

Mohali, May 23
Tiny tots of Small Wonders School, phase VII Mohali today displayed their talent at exhibition-cum-parents teachers meet held at the school.

Creations from little hands were put on a spectacular display, which mainly included the handiwork of students done on Friday in the school. At school Friday is an activity day, which is most entertaining time for students when their creativity reaches its zenith. This academic year’s all activity day projects were shown around to the parents as well.

Students of C-III Shirin, Palakshee, Japharneet, Saanvi, Dharamanmol and Arsh briefed parents about exhibits taking them around collages on earth day, greeting cards for Mother’s day and colorful photo frames of international day for the family.

Children reflected a contagious enthusiasm while the elders looked around at coloring sheets, clay models depicting serious issue like pollution, hand prints, leaf prints and articles made out of paper such as dog, flower boatet al.

Parents’ reaction was a mixed bag of surprises ranging from surprise to pride to endearing.

“At Small Wonders our endeavor is to bring the best out of every child. Our emphasis is not only on academics, but on over all personality development of our children. Such activities of showcasing their skills instill confidence and sense of pride in children,” said director Sandeep Singh.
