Summer campers get first hand experience of milk production

The participants of summer camp at Small Wonders School, Phase-7, Mohali had a first hand experience of milk production at Verka Milk Plant, Mohali as a part of their activity packed summer camp.
Young campers came across the process of their favorite beverage milk being packed in packets. Procedure of production and packaging of butter and curd evoked curiosity amongst campers who rolled a volley of questions.
Enthusiastic kids from age of 2 to 12 years old participated in summer camp from June 1 to June 13. The fun filled activities at camp polished etiquettes and mannerism skills of children as well.
Kids had an entire day earmarked for thumb painting on earthen pots and enjoyed flower making. Environment day celebrations too a different hue when kids had hands on experience with making paper bags, a suitable replacement for their plastic counterparts.
Children had a gala time enjoying splash pool, relaxing yoga, music and dance activities that enabled kids to develop physically and mentally.
Yet another way to sharpen creative minds was put use. This included story telling and group games that inculcated spirit of team working and infused confidence in young minds.
Concluding day of camp rocked with a theme party and picnic on June 13.
